O encontro, conduzido pela empresa <strong data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"295\">Nexus P\u00fablica<\/strong>, contou com a palestra do especialista <strong data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"354\">Carlos Hackmann<\/strong>, que abordou diretrizes e pr\u00e1ticas essenciais para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong data-start=\"425\" data-end=\"440\">ProGov 2025<\/strong>, programa orientado pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Paran\u00e1 (TCE-PR).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"742\">A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o reuniu servidores de diversas \u00e1reas da administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, na C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, como parte do cronograma oficial estabelecido para o aprimoramento das rotinas de governan\u00e7a, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, planejamento e transpar\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"744\" data-end=\"1133\">Durante o treinamento, foram discutidos temas como conformidade administrativa, indicadores de desempenho, boas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o e o papel estrat\u00e9gico dos interlocutores municipais na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do ProGov 2025. O objetivo \u00e9 garantir que Santana do Itarar\u00e9 siga alinhada \u00e0s recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas do TCE-PR, fortalecendo a efici\u00eancia e a responsabilidade na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1420\">A programa\u00e7\u00e3o segue com novos encontros, conforme agenda j\u00e1 repassada aos setores. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores \u00e9 considerada essencial para o avan\u00e7o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas e para o desenvolvimento de uma gest\u00e3o cada vez mais moderna e
