Nesse mesmo ano, foi a segunda brasileira a vencer a prova feminina da S\u00e3o Silvestre, mesmo n\u00e3o figurando entre as favoritas. Ela apresentou um ritmo impressionante desde o in\u00edcio da corrida, deixou as concorrentes para tr\u00e1s e garantiu o t\u00edtulo com a marca de 52min32. Roseli terminou a disputa mesmo mancando quase um minuto \u00e0 frente da segunda colocada, a tricampe\u00e3 Maria Del Carmen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nEm 1989 precisou interromper sua carreira, devido a uma les\u00e3o no joelho, passando por duas cirurgias, voltando as competi\u00e7\u00f5es somente em 1993.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">E<span style=\"color: #000000;\">m 1997, Roseli foi v\u00edtima de um erro m\u00e9dico e teve que interromper sua carreira.
